All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products and the fact that download access is granted immediately upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Why We Have This Policy
Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be "returned" in the way physical products can. The buyer has full and immediate access to the content from the moment payment is confirmed. For this reason, refunds are not possible. This policy is standard across the digital products industry, and following it allows us to keep our prices accessible for everyone.
What This Means
We do not provide refunds for any of the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Buying the wrong product by mistake
- Not having enough time to read, listen to, or view the content
- Disliking the writing style, tone, or content
- Realizing the product isn't what you expected
- Discovering similar information elsewhere
- Forgetting that you made the purchase
- Personal financial circumstances after purchase

To make sure Corexiom is the right fit for you, we strongly recommend taking a few minutes before purchasing to:

- Make sure you have a device that can open PDF, MP3, and PPTX files
- Confirm your email address is entered correctly at checkout

Technical Issues With Delivery
While we do not offer refunds, we are fully committed to making sure you actually receive what you paid for. If you experience a technical issue with delivery, contact us immediately and we will resolve it. This includes situations like:
- Not receiving the download email within 30 minutes
- A download link that does not work
- Files that are corrupted or incomplete
- Receiving the wrong product
In these cases, we will resend the product or fix the issue at no extra cost. Refunds are still not provided, but you will receive the product you purchased.
Chargeback Notice
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us violates our terms of service. We document all purchases, downloads, and deliveries. If a chargeback is filed inappropriately, we will provide all evidence of the completed digital delivery to your bank or payment provider, and we reserve the right to take further action.
